Canva recently introduced a new design type called Email.
Right now, this design type does not work with Shopify Connect, so you cannot export Canva Email templates directly into Seguno via Shopify Connect.
Our team is working with Canva to learn more about this new feature and explore future compatibility.
While this integration isn’t ready yet, you can still:
Continue using Shopify Connect with other supported Canva design types (e.g., Instagram Post, Flyer, Announcement, etc.).
Export your design from Canva as an image (PNG/JPG) or PDF, then manually upload it into your email marketing tool, such as Seguno Email.
Watch out for product updates to be notified when Canva Email templates become supported.
