Learn how to send a test email or request feedback from the Editor in Seguno Email Marketing before sending a newsletter to subscribers.

Send a test email or request feedback from the Editor in Seguno Email Marketing before sending a newsletter to subscribers. Test emails show exactly how the message appears in a subscriber's inbox, while feedback requests allow internal review with notes and a reply-to address.

Sending a test email is a best practice before every campaign or newsletter send.

Set up test email recipients

Before sending a test email, add up to three test recipients in Settings.

To set up test recipients:

  1. In Seguno Email Marketing, click Settings.

  2. In the Sending section, locate Test email recipients.

  3. Enter an email address.

    edit test recipients
  4. Click Add.

  5. Repeat for up to three email addresses.

Tip:

Send test emails to different inbox providers such as Gmail, iCloud, and Yahoo. Open each test on both desktop and mobile devices to verify formatting and responsiveness.

Note:

If only one person is reviewing the email, create test inboxes across different providers to validate cross-platform deliverability.
