Schedule a remail to non-openers in Seguno Email Marketing

Automatically resend a newsletter to engaged subscribers who did not open the first send in Seguno Email Marketing.

A remail is a premium feature that lets you automatically resend a newsletter to engaged subscribers who did not open the original send. Use this feature in Seguno Email Marketing to increase visibility for important campaigns without emailing your entire list again.

A remail targets engaged subscribers only and excludes contacts who opened the first send.

Notes and tips

Live content sections

If the newsletter contains live content (for example, a recent blog posts section or a collection filtered by new arrivals), Seguno refreshes that content before sending the remail.

This refresh may result in different products or blog posts appearing in the remail.

To prevent changes:

  • Use static sections such as Featured blog posts or product lists.

Discount codes

If the original newsletter includes a discount:

  • The remail includes the same discount code if it has not expired.

  • If the discount has expired, Seguno removes the discount and related callout sections automatically.

Sending frequency

Remailing every newsletter is not recommended.

If you send newsletters frequently, additional remails may increase unsubscribe or complaint rates. Monitor performance metrics and adjust your strategy if unsubscribe or complaint rates increase.

Tip:

Update the subject and preview text for each remail to improve open rates.
