How to manage and disconnect your accounts

Managing your Shopify and Canva account connections is easy with a few easy clicks.

Disconnecting your Shopify account from your Canva account

Disconnecting your Shopify account from your Canva account will remove your ability to pull Shopify Products, Collections, or Files into your Canva projects.

  1. Navigate to any design in Canva

  2. Click Apps in the left sidebar

  3. Select Your apps

  4. Hover over Shopify Connect and click the "..." option

  5. Select Remove from your apps

Note: This will only disconnect your individual Canva account from Shopify. Other Canva accounts may still be connected to the Shopify account.

Disconnecting your Canva account from Shopify

Disconnecting your Canva account inside Shopify will remove your access to your Canva designs in your Products and Collections.

  1. Navigate to Canva Connect in Shopify

  2. Click Disconnect under the Connection status section

Note: This will disconnect your individual Canva user account from the Shopify account. If the Dashboard shows your accounts are still connected after disconnecting, there are other members on your team who are connected.

Disconnect all accounts between Shopify and Canva.

Uninstalling the Canva Connect app in Shopify account will disconnect all Canva users and remove all Canva Connect functions from your Shopify account.
