The Shopify Connect for Canva app requires installing an app in both your Shopify and Canva accounts.

Installation Instructions
Start by installing the Canva Connect app in Shopify. Then, follow the instructions below to link your accounts.
In Shopify, open the Canva Connect app to find your authorization code. This code will link your Shopify account to your Canva account. Copy the code.
Install the Shopify Connect app in Canva. You can start with an existing Canva design or create a new design. The app will be installed for your account, but can only be configured while designing a canvas.
Paste your authorization code and click submit to link your accounts.
The account sync will begin, linking your Product, Collection, and Files images from Shopify into the Canva app. Y
Now that your accounts are linked, yoou can now search your products and collections within Canva and drag your titles, images, and videos into your Canva designs. You can also publish your new designs back to your Shopify product, collection, or files.
