Yes. Shopify Connect works with Canva’s Email design type, allowing access to Shopify products and media while designing emails in Canva.
However, full email designs cannot be synced back to Shopify.
What Shopify Connect supports in Canva email designs
Shopify Connect lets merchants pull Shopify product data into Canva designs, including Canva Email.
You can add the following Shopify data to a Canva email design:
Collection name
Product media
Product names
Variant prices
This data can be placed directly into the Canva email layout while designing.
What Shopify Connect does not currently support
Shopify Connect does not transfer full email designs from Canva back into Shopify.
Note:
Shopify Connect provides access only to Shopify media and product information. Email layout, content, and design changes made in Canva do not currently sync back to Shopify.
