What does each column of the dashboard report mean?
Name
Provides the name of the discount set as well as the description for the discount set.
Prefix
Identifies the prefix added to the discount set, if applicable. It will be blank if no prefix was added.
Suffix
Identifies the suffix added to the discount set, if applicable. It will be blank if no prefix was added.
Type
Lists the type of Shopify discount:
Basic
Amount off Product discount
Amount off Order discount
These can be a monetary or percentage based discount
Free Shipping
Buy X, Get Y
Used
Displays the total number of times a discount in the discount set has been redeemed.
Note:
Discount redemptions include refunded and canceled orders because Shopify counts canceled, pending, and unpaid orders in marketing and sales reports.
Revenue
Displays the total revenue the discount set has generated for your store.
How Revenue is calculated:
Revenue = net sales + additional fees + shipping charges + taxes - discounts - returns
AOV (Average Order Value)
Displays the average order value for redeemed codes.
Campaign
Indicates the affiliated campaign. Campaigns are coordinated marketing efforts to drive a certain goal, such as: BFCM, X Product Launch, Mother's Day Sale,etc.
Channel
Track the distribution channel used to send out discount codes.
Default options include:

Steps for exporting a discount report summary
Navigate to the Bulk Discount Code Bot app
Click Export
Select:
Current page
All discount sets
Selected discounts
Check the box next to the discount sets you'd like to export summaries for before clicking Export
All discount sets matching your search
You'll receive a CSV file version of the table you see within the app to your Downloads folder.

How to hide columns in the discount table view
To streamline your reports and enhance clarity, you can hide any columns that are not essential to your analysis.
Navigate to the Bulk Discount Code Bot app

How to create a view based on filters
Navigate to the Bulk Discount Code Bot app
In the Discount Table, click the Search and filter (
) buttonType in your search criteria or click the Add filter button

To save the view, click Save as and name the view.
Extra reporting functionality with the Grow Plan
Accounts on the Grow Plan have access to an additional Reports tab that provides a visual summary of Revenue, Redemptions, and Average order value (AOV). Use these reports to quickly understand how each discount set is performing

Open Bulk Discount Code Bot.
Navigate to the Reports tab.
Select a view — by Discount set, Campaign, Channel, or Department — to see visualizations of:
