Starter Plan - Three Discount Sets
Get started with three discount sets at no charge.
Three discount sets are available automatically for all shops.
Note: Deleting a discount set does not restore it. The three free discount sets are available for one-time use only.
Free Trial
To start a trial, you must accept the associated charge, even if you already have an active charge for a different plan:

You can switch between plans within the app at any time during the trial.
If you cancel the charge, your account will automatically return to the free plan.
Note: Sets created during a trial do not count toward the three free sets included with the Starter plan.

Cancel Bulk Discount Code Bot
To cancel your Bulk Discount Code Bot monthly subscription, navigate to the Settings page within the app. After canceling, you can still access all generated code sets through the app or Shopify Discounts admin.
If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing period, you will still have access to all plan features for the remainder of that billing period.
Note: Deleting the app or canceling your subscription will not remove or deactivate the discount sets you've created within the app.
FAQs
Q: What plans are available for my store?
A: The Basic and Grow plans are available for all non-Shopify Plus accounts. The Grow plan is the default plan for Shopify Plus accounts.
Q: How will I be billed for the app?
A: All billing is managed through Shopify, allowing you to handle your payments in one place. If you have any questions regarding pricing, please reach out to Seguno support.
Q: How many times can I regenerate the audit?
A: On the Grow plan, you can regenerate your audit as often as you like. On other plans, the audit can only be run once.
Q: Do I get unlimited codes or sets during the trial?
A: Yes. Both codes and sets are unlimited while you are on a trial.
Q: What happens to custom set channels after my trial ends if I don’t accept charges?
A: Any discount sets already assigned to custom channels will remain assigned. However, custom channels will no longer appear in the channel list when creating or editing a discount set.
Q: My trial ended. Can I have a new one?
A: Trials are generally one-time per account; however, you may revert to the Three Free plan if you have not already used those three discount sets.
