You can target specific product variants when generating codes in the Bulk Discount Code Bot app. Variant-level selection allow you to limit usage to selected sizes, colors, or options. These settings sync directly with the associated Shopify discount.

Free shipping discounts apply to all products and can not be applied to specific variants.
Steps for selecting specific product variants
Open the Bulk Discount Code Bot app in Shopify.
Select an existing discount set or create a new one.
Scroll to the Products section.
Click Browse.
Select a product that has multiple variants.
Expand the product to view all variants.
Select the checkbox next to each variant you want to include.
Click Add.
Click Save.
Tip:
You can create a collection based on a variant title that contains "value" if you'd like to focus your discount to a specific size across products or collections, such as an XXS/XXL clearance sale.
Example use cases
Applying 20% off only to “Blue / Large” variants during a clearance sale.
Offering a free gift discount limited to a single variant (e.g., “Sample Pack – 5ml”).
Issuing influencer codes that only work on curated variants of a product line.
Notes and limitations about product variant discounting
Variant selections sync from Shopify. If variants are added or deleted in Shopify, update your discount set.
Removing a product from Shopify will break the restriction until it is updated in the app.
If multiple variants are selected, any listed variant qualifies for the discount.

What happens if I add new variants in Shopify after creating the discount set?
New variants will not be automatically included. You must manually add them to the discount set.
