Claude is an AI assistant from Anthropic that connects to Seguno Email Marketing to help you build and revise emails. You can ask Claude to create a newsletter, update an existing one, edit a single section, attach a discount, and personalize your content, all within the Claude chat.

Create or revise an email
Ask Claude to create or revise an email in Seguno Email Marketing. By default, Claude creates a new newsletter, but it can also update an existing one.

The guided build flow
Claude walks you through building an email in four stages:
Claude asks a few quick questions about the campaign, including your goal, audience or segment, offer, featured product or collection, call to action, destination, timing, and tone.
Claude pulls real store data, including products, collections, links, images, and discounts, so nothing is left as a placeholder.
Claude plans the layout in plain language, then builds it and shows you a preview.
Claude adjusts the preview with you until you are happy with it.
Tip:
Answer the questions as specifically as you can. The more detail you give about your goal, audience, and offer, the closer the first draft will be to what you want.
Edit sections
Ask Claude to add, update, move, or delete one or multiple sections in your email. Claude changes only the section(s) you ask about, instead of rebuilding the whole email.
So you can ask for a focused edit, such as moving one section or updating the text in another, and the rest of your email stays as it was.
Add a discount
Ask Claude to add a discount to your email. Claude finds an existing discount in your store and attaches it to the email.
Note:
Claude attaches a discount you have already created. Set up the discount in your store first, then ask Claude to add it.
Personalize your content
Ask Claude to personalize your email with subscriber data. Claude can add first and last name tokens, along with any custom account tokens, to your:

Preview text
Rich text body fields
Claude always sets a fallback, so subscribers without a saved value still see text that reads correctly.
