Automation emails are individual messages within an automation workflow in Seguno Email Marketing. You can delete an email from an automation when updating the workflow or simplifying the sequence.
Automations must always contain at least one active email. If an automation only contains one email, that email cannot be deleted.
Delete an email from an automation
Follow these steps to remove an email from an automation series.
Navigate to the Automations page in Seguno Email Marketing.
Select the automation you want to edit.
Locate the email you want to remove from the automation workflow.
In the email card, click the Actions drop-down menu.
Select Delete email.
Confirm the deletion if prompted.
Note:
Automations must contain at least one email. If the automation only contains a single email, the Delete email option will not be available.
Warning:
Deleting an email removes it permanently from the automation sequence.
