How Seguno Email Marketings's billing and pricing works

Learn how Seguno: Email Marketing pricing, free tiers, trials, and Shopify billing work.

Seguno Email Marketing uses subscriber-based pricing that scales as a store grows. This article explains pricing tiers, free plans, trials, billing through Shopify, and when charges may change.

If you have any questions regarding pricing, please reach out to Seguno support.

Pricing overview

Seguno: Email Marketing pricing is based on the number of active subscribers in a Shopify store.

Pricing starts at $35 USD per month for stores with 251–2,500 subscribers. Pricing then increases by $20 USD per month for every additional 2,500 subscribers.

Pricing tiers apply after the 10-day free trial ends.

Example

If a store has between 251 and 2,500 subscribers, the monthly price is $35 USD.
When the store exceeds 2,500 subscribers, the price increases to $55 USD per month.
All pricing changes are prorated for the current billing cycle.

Tip: To estimate pricing for a specific subscriber count, use the pricing calculator on the Seguno website. All paid plans include access to all paid features.

Free plan and free trial

Free plan

Seguno Email Marketing is free for stores with 250 subscribers or fewer. Some features are only available on paid plans.

Free trial

Each store receives a 10-day free trial. All features are available during the trial. Charges do not begin until the trial concludes, even if billing is approved before the trial's end.

How billing works

All Seguno charges are billed through Shopify.

An app charge is submitted every 30 days and appears on the Shopify invoice. Any prorated increases or one-time charges appear on the bill dated the transaction day. Learn more from Shopify.

No separate contracts, invoices, or payment schedules are required.

What is a subscriber?

A subscriber is a Shopify customer who has opted in to receive marketing emails. In Shopify, subscribers are labeled with the Subscribed badge on the Customer page, under the Email subscription column.
