Premium features are included with any paid plan of Seguno: Email Marketing. Free users with fewer than 250 subscribers can access premium features during a 10-day free trial.
What is included in premium features
All paid plans of Seguno Email Marketing include access to every premium feature. There are no feature tiers within paid plans.
Premium automation features
Paid users can create and manage advanced automations, including:
Trigger an email after an order is created or fulfilled when a specific product or collection is included.
Multi-email automated series
Add multiple emails to a single automation workflow.
Trigger an email when a specific tag is added to a customer profile in Shopify.
Send a review request after an order is fulfilled.
Send restock alerts when products become available.
Send abandoned browse and abandoned cart emails using Shopify workflow templates.
Send a Seguno marketing email within Shopify marketing automations.
Automatically resend a campaign to subscribers who did not open the original email.
Note:
Automations send only to subscriber customers who have opted in to marketing.

AI features
Paid users can use built-in AI tools to generate and refine content:
Generate a subject line and preview text based on newsletter content or keywords.
Generate, rephrase, extend, or simplify rich text sections in newsletters and automations using a short prompt.

Always review AI-generated content before sending.
Accessing premium features as a free user
Free users (fewer than 250 subscribers) can start a 10-day free trial to access premium features.
When a free user attempts to use a premium feature:
Seguno prompts the user to start a free trial.
Click Start free trial to activate access immediately.
Use premium features during the 10-day trial period.
Important billing details:
You will not be charged automatically when the trial begins.
You must accept charges before the trial ends to continue using premium features.
If charges are not accepted and your shop qualifies for the free tier, your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan.
Premium features will no longer be accessible after downgrading.

Yes. All paid plans of Seguno: Email Marketing include access to all premium features.
Do I lose automations if my account downgrades?
Automations remain saved, but premium automation features cannot send until you upgrade to a paid plan again.
Can I remove the Seguno Branding Badge on the free plan?
No. Removing the Seguno Branding Badge is a paid feature.
Are Seguno Popups & Forms and Seguno Product Reviews automatically active?
No. You must install and configure each app in Shopify before use.
