Every subscriber is different. Conditional content lets your emails reflect that by showing each person the sections most relevant to them.
Use it in Seguno Email Marketing when you want one email to serve different content to different subscribers, for example, a segment or their purchase history, instead of building separate emails.
Open a section's visibility settings
In the email editor, hover over the section you want to appear conditionally
Click Show conditionally

Has purchased before: Show content that builds on an existing customer relationship, like a loyalty reward, exclusive offer, or thank-you message.
Never purchased: Show content designed to drive a first purchase, like a welcome offer, best-seller showcase, or brand introduction.

FAQ
What does "Show conditionally" do to a section?
It sets a section to display only to recipients who match a condition you choose, instead of showing to every recipient.
What conditions can I use to show a section conditionally?
You can choose Member of a segment, Not in a segment, Has purchased before, or Never purchased.
What happens if a subscriber doesn't match any condition?
The section is hidden entirely for that subscriber.
Do I need to select a preview customer to see a conditional section while editing?
Yes. If your preview customer doesn't match the condition, the section won't display in the editor preview.
Can I apply multiple conditions to one section?
No, you may only select one condition per section.
Why is the Save button disabled?
The condition isn't complete yet, for example a segment-based condition without a segment selected. Select Always show or finish setting up the condition to enable Save.
