Seguno Email Marketing automatically tags all email links with UTM tracking parameters so Shopify can attribute sessions and sales to your email campaigns.
Use Shopify channel reports when you want to compare email performance alongside your other marketing channels or validate conversion data outside of Seguno.
Shopify channel reports
Shopify and Seguno report conversions slightly differently due to their respective attribution models. Both reports provide useful data on email performance and sales.
To view Seguno Email Marketing metrics in Shopify:
Navigate to the Marketing page in your Shopify Admin.
In the Top channel performance card, click Seguno.
Select the campaign.
Review the Shopify metrics attributed to that Seguno email.
Note:
The channel report filter defaults to 30 days. To view a longer date range, adjust the date filter.
Tracking parameters for analytics
Seguno Email Marketing automatically appends three UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) parameters to all links in your emails. These parameters enable attribution tracking in Shopify Analytics and third-party platforms such as Google Analytics.

Why do my Shopify conversion numbers differ from Seguno's?

Can I view metrics for individual automations, not just campaigns?
Shopify channel reports group all Seguno activity under the Seguno channel. For automation-level reporting, use the reporting tools inside Seguno Email Marketing directly.
