Exclude customers from an automation

Exclude tagged customers from receiving an automation.

Use customer tags to exclude customers from receiving an automation. A common example is excluding wholesale customers from receiving the same automation that you send to consumers.

To exclude a segment from receiving an automation:

  1. Navigate to the Automations page.

  2. Select the automation.

  3. In the Exclusions card, click Edit.

  4. In the Edit exclusions modal, search for the segment name and select the segment.

  5. Click Save.
