With Shopify's Online Store 2.0, you can add a Seguno sign-up form to your theme through the app sections. Add the section to increase subscriber sign-ups and have easier control over the form text, including name fields, and styling.
Note: This feature is supported for themes that use Shopify's Online Store 2.0. If your theme does not use OS 2.0, please use a default Shopify sign-up form, your Newsletter form, or check the Seguno Connections for page or form builders.
If you are not sure if your theme uses OS 2.0, please search for your theme on the Theme Store and look for the OS 2.0 badge.
To add a sign-up form to your OS 2.0 theme:
Navigate to your theme editor.
Click Add section.
Click the Apps tab.
Select Seguno's Email signup.
Click on the email signup section to edit the details.
Your new form will inherit the styling from your current theme and is automatically mobile-responsive. Depending on your theme, your submit button colors may inherit a hover effect and remains greyed out until the required form fields are completed.
Tip: If you embed the Email Signup section on your Coming Soon page, be sure to use your Coming Soon automation. If you use the form for your live site, use the Welcome automation.
If you uninstall Seguno Email Marketing while using an app email sign-up form, the section will automatically be removed from your page.
