Shopify has a number of native email notifications that send to customers regardless of their subscription status. These are known as "notification" messages and include topics such as the order confirmation email, order cancelation, customer account confirmation, delivery confirmation, etc.

Seguno cannot replace these email notifications, and most are required by Shopify. You can use an app like OrderlyEmails if you wish to make edits to Shopify notifications.
