Seguno: Email Marketing allows merchants to send welcome automations based on a subscriber’s language preference. This setup uses Shopify's Flow app and a Seguno template to send different welcome emails depending on the subscriber's locale.
Merchants typically use multilingual welcome automations when their Shopify store supports multiple languages and they want subscribers to receive emails in their preferred language.
Note:
This automation is a premium feature and requires a paid subscription.
Capture subscriber language preferences
Before sending multilingual emails, each subscriber must have a preferred language stored in the subscriber profile.
Seguno Popups & Forms can automatically capture a visitor's language preference when they sign up, based on the language being displayed at that time.
Note:
For multilingual automation to function correctly, it is essential to have a subscriber's preferred language. If no preferred language is specified in a subscriber's profile, the automation will default to the store's primary language.
Warning:
Before creating the automation, ensure the Shopify store supports multiple languages.
