Seguno uses your existing Shopify customers to manage subscribers. Any Shopify customer with accepts marketing enabled is considered a subscriber and can receive marketing emails through Seguno: Email Marketing.
This article explains how to view your current subscriber count, subscriber growth reports, and individual subscriber profiles.
View your current subscriber count
You can quickly check how many subscribers you currently have from the Seguno Dashboard.
Steps:
Navigate to the Dashboard in Seguno.
Locate the Current subscribers card.
View the total number of subscribers shown in the card.
The number shown reflects all Shopify customers who currently have accepts marketing enabled.
View the subscriber list report
The subscriber list report shows how your subscriber count changes over time, including gains and losses.
Steps:
Navigate to the Dashboard in Seguno.
In the Current subscribers card, click View report.

Understand Subscriber profiles
Subscriber profiles show engagement and subscription details for an individual customer.
Each subscriber profile includes:
Subscription status and marketing opt-in details
Active discount codes sent through Seguno emails
Email performance summary (opens, clicks, and other metrics)
A chronological timeline of email engagement
Subscriber profiles are available for all Shopify customers, even if they are not currently subscribed.
View a subscriber profile in Seguno:
You can open subscriber profiles from most reports in Seguno.
Steps:
Open the subscriber list report or any email report.
Click a subscriber’s name anywhere it appears in a list.
The subscriber profile opens in a new view.
Tip:
From a Newsletter or Automation details page, select an email engagement metric to view a filtered list of subscribers associated with that activity.
View a subscriber profile from Shopify
Seguno integrates directly with Shopify, allowing you to open subscriber profiles from the Shopify admin.
Steps:
Navigate to Customers in your Shopify Admin.
Select a customer name.
Click the More actions drop-down.
Select View subscriber profile.
This opens the same subscriber profile available in Seguno.
