After creating a newsletter in Seguno: Email Marketing, select recipients and schedule the delivery. You can send the newsletter immediately or choose a future date and time. This guide explains how to edit recipients, schedule a send, enable remail to non-openers, and use the undo send delay.
Edit newsletter recipients
Newsletters can be sent to all eligible subscribers or to specific segments.
By default, Seguno sends newsletters to all eligible subscribers who are not currently in an automation.
To edit recipients:
Open the newsletter from the Newsletters page.
In the Recipients section, click Edit.
Choose one of the following:
Send to all eligible subscribers
Exclude specific segments
Optional: Select the option to include subscribers who are currently in an automation.
Click Save.
Note:
If a subscriber belongs to more than one selected segment, Seguno sends only one copy of the newsletter.
If a subscriber is in both a targeted segment and an excluded segment, Seguno does not send the newsletter to that subscriber.
Schedule a newsletter
You can send the newsletter immediately or schedule it for a future date and time.
To send immediately:
In the Schedule card, click Send now.
Confirm the send.
To schedule for a future date:
In the Schedule card, click Edit.
Select a date.
Select a time.
Optional: Select the checkbox to automatically remail non-openers.
Click Continue.
Review the details.
Click Schedule delivery.
Note:
If this is your first newsletter after authenticating your domain, a banner appears explaining the domain warming process. Domain warming gradually increases send volume to protect sender credibility and deliverability.
Undo a Send
After clicking Send now or Schedule delivery, Seguno provides a short delay that allows you to pause the send.
You can configure the delay length in the Seguno: Email Marketing app:
Open Settings.
Scroll to the Sending section.
Select one of the following delay options:
15 seconds (default)
30 seconds
60 seconds
Warning:
Undoing a send pauses the send before delivery. It does not recall an email that has already reached a subscriber’s inbox.
